1. Reservation
Any reservation is considered final once the payment (or deposit) is confirmed. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the client.
2. Prices and Services
Prices include:
- The rental of the property
- The mandatory cleaning fees
- Optional services selected during booking
3. Payment
- Payments are accepted by credit card or PayPal.
- For cash payments, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival.
- A €500 bank card pre-authorization is required as a security deposit.
4. Cancellation
- Refundable rate: full refund up to 7 days before arrival.
- Non-refundable rate: non-cancellable, non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
5. Security Deposit and Damages
The security deposit may be partially or fully retained in case of damage, key loss, or failure to follow house rules.
6. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM
- Check-out: before 11:00 AM
- Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional fees.
7. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, only the territorially competent court in Morocco will be considered.
